Project Information

Open Museum

Open Museum documents cultural heritage, monuments, fountains, and public artworks through interactive 3D presentation.

Purpose

Preserving What Surrounds Us

Open Museum starts from a simple belief: the things we pass every day deserve to be noticed. A fountain in a square, a sculpture outside a theater, or a monument on a street corner can hold part of our shared memory.

By bringing these works into 3D, we want to spark curiosity, encourage appreciation, and help people see how much culture is already present in the ordinary places around them.

Non-Commercial

No Sales and No Profit Operation

Open Museum does not sell 3D models, does not sell reproductions, and does not provide services for recreating the displayed works. The project is not operated for profit.

Any support, donations, or sponsorships are used only to cover costs such as hosting, technical development, maintenance, and 3D digitization.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the 3D models are made available only for online viewing and cultural documentation. Download or reuse is provided only where the underlying work is public domain or where explicit permission has been granted by the relevant rights holder.

The available models are not high-poly production assets. They have empty or hollow interiors and are not suitable for 3D printing, manufacturing, restoration, casting, engineering analysis, physical reproduction, or any real-world recreation.

Technical protective measures are applied to restrict and discourage unauthorized downloading, including, where configured, authenticated model loading and temporary browser-local object URLs. These measures do not grant download permission and do not waive any third-party rights.

Access to this website grants no rights beyond the expressly displayed use. Any reproduction, extraction, circumvention of technical protective measures, modification, redistribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works without proper authorization is solely the responsibility of the user.
